It’s time to change your oil!

If you are getting this light, it’s time for an oil change.  Brands I’ve used the past

• Mobile 1 full synthetic (I was using this for a long time)
• Mobile 1 full synthetic high mileage
• Castrol full synthetic
• Valvoline synthetic blend high mileage
• Pennzoil Ultra Platinum Full Synthetic
• Kirkland full synthetic
• Valvoline Restore and Protect (current)

• 🛢️ Oil change / maintenance reminder

• ❌ Does not reset TPMS or a Check Engine Light (CEL)

MAINT REQD Light Reset Procedure

1. Key ON, make sure your odometer is on main mileage (NOT Trip A/B)

2. Key OFF

3. Press and hold the ODOMETER/TRIP button

• • • button on instrument cluster
    • Keep holding it

4. Key to ON 

• • • Do NOT start the engine
    • Keep holding the button
    • Dash lights come on

5. Watch the display

• • • You’ll see:
    • -----
    • Then it will count down
    • Then go blank

6. Release the button

• • • The maintenance light is now reset
