This article describes my wheel/tire package ESR CR5 5×100 ET30 and purchase experience from Fitment Industries. The goal was flush fitment with 1-finger wheel well gap. Overall it was a good experience but there were some hiccups. They resolved them all.

This was mostly a convenience for me. I was going to order just the rims and then get my own tires. BUT, it makes sense to get the tires through Fitment and just have them mount and balance them for free. Plus, shipping with tires installed offers some additional protection for the rim. At the time of writing this article I’ve got 15,000 miles on the tires with no issue. Keep in mind my car is just a daily driver. No track, drift, or race.

I was a little skeptical at first, because the “DIY” in me said “I’ll just do it myself” but for an extra $100 it was worth my time to just have them do it ($25 per wheel). That said the extra service made my order take a tad longer but it was worth the wait.
You can get plastic hub rings too, but I opted for metal (aluminum) hub rings. The size you need for this specific wheel is 72.6mm to 54.1mm. Always measure your rings before ordering.

Ordered the ESR Center hex caps for them
I love this look, so clean. The lug nuts are hidden and from a distance the wheels just look like a straight 5-spoke rim. My preference would have been silver center with black lettering but they didn’t have that. I opted for white center with silver writing, so it mostly washes out.

Rolling the fenders
Yes, at 1-finger wheel gap I still rubbed. But only specific situations. I didn’t rub on full lock or reverse. But on big bumps or huge dips in the road I would scrape. At the time I had Raceland Classics and it didn’t dawn on me one of my strut towers was blow through. I took a few steps to resolve the rub
