Torque Solution polyurethane exhaust mount kit hangers for the Scion tC TS-EH-200

This article will briefly go over the Torque Solution TS-EH-200 polyurethane exhaust hanger kit for the 2005-2010 Scion tC. Really there’s not much to it, pop and swap! I’ll go over some tips from my install.

Tips for install

The Torque Solution hangers work with most after market exhaust systems with stock mounting points

There’s 5 total 12mm hangers. Bare minimum you’re jacking up the rear of the car.
You can remove the stock rubber hangers by hand, easy enough. The polyurethane Torque Solution hangers have less give, they’re stiff! Unbolt the entire length of the exhaust to make things easier. Trust me on this.
Unbolt the downpipe to mid pipe (two 14-mm spring loaded bolts) & the mid-pipe to axle back (two 14-mm spring loaded bolts).
Use lube if you have to. That’s what she said.
Hand tighten bolts first as you reconnect the exhaust system.
Once everything is fitted, do the final tighten of the four 14mm spring loaded bolts at both ends of the mid pipe. Start your car and make sure nothing is rubbing or rattling.

Hanger locations

There are a total of 5 hangers. Unbolt the mid pipe at both ends, you have more room to fudge the hangers on. It’s a forearm workout.
